ummm well when the Soviet Union fell apart a few of its nukes got 'lost' in all the confusion and god knows what happened to them then.

but i guess the US is the only country to have actually used nukes as a weapon, though most if not all countries with nuclear weapons have 'used' them in tests... but if you count other WMD's such as chemical and biological weapons then there are several countries who have employed these as weapons and probably passed them out to buddies or sold them for the right price

Is the answer that you are looking for, however lets look at the whole truth. throughout history, there have been many More people killed by basic weapons turned into wmd by enlisting millions to wage war for the benefit or purpose that the political powers see fit. or those who are effective enough in there mudslinging to convince those of lesser will to do their bidding for them.

pakistan %26amp; Russia- are trying to give plans for WMDs to Iran

China %26amp; Russia- who are supplying North Korea with the technical expertise to gain WMDs

USA- who used WMDs on Japan, then gave them to France and England.

France- who tested them in ALgeria and the south pacific ocean

That makes 9 irrational countrys that we must immediately disarm, which will most likely cause a irrational world war with WMDs
